On the crochet side...

Today I thought I'd share one of my personal projects that I've been working on for a while now. It's a cute little baby blanket for my neighbours new born, I'm really looking forward to giving it to them this weekend.

You can find out more about it on Ravelry where I share what wool and pattern etc I used so you can have a go too!

Next on my crochet hooks are a round cushion for our lounge and a ripple blanket for our bed.

I find crocheting really relaxing, it's great for clearing your mind and winding down in the evenings. I tend to watch my favourite tv program or listen to my ipod while I crochet, it's amazing how quick crochet really is!

What's on your crochet hooks or needles right now?

Very sweet! Looking forward to seeing the ripple blanket, have seen a few of them about in blog land and they're great.
I'm in the middle of a school sock for my youngest (almost 7), but though it's small, I'm really bored with it. I need the needles though for another sock I want to cast on!
