This year I’ve asked for an alternative Easter gift, we usually exchange chocolate eggs in our family but this year I decided I would prefer something else – flowers! You see over the past 4 years I’ve been gradually changing my lifestyle, losing weight, becoming healthier all round and I just don’t crave huge amounts of chocolate anymore. I’ll still have a little but this year I want flowers!
