Sweethearts Series…

It’s been a while since I painted something for my ‘Sweet Hearts’ series, I think the last one was the owls.

This week has been very exciting creatively speaking and I figured I could be even more creative in the way I put out my offerings to you. So, inspired by my new friend Jolie, I present ‘Pay what you will’!

I’ve been back at my painting table and present to you these little cuties…

Bunny Burrows

I always look forward to our walks in the countryside, especially when they are early morning or late evening because that is when the little bunnies come out to play and I get to see their funny little ways. It makes my heart sing and certainly puts a smile on my face, there is something about little bunnies being cute and mischievous that just gets my inspiration going.

So when I saw a little bunny working so hard burrowing one morning I knew I had to paint it! It came out quite comical and cute don't you think?

Hide n Seek

I'm back from a lovely weekend visiting family. I found out some awesome stories from my Nan about how she met my late Grandad and where the red hair in our family comes from lol I just love hearing treasured memories, especially since I've never met my Nan's side of the family. Hearing her stories on Saturday makes me feel even more keen to learn more about our family tree. Interesting to say the least!

Well those bunnies have been hopping into my paintings again, here they are playing 'Hide n Seek' I wonder what they will be up to next?!

Birchwood

Near our house is a beautiful stretch of countryside that has many interesting footpaths to venture down and explore. Lately we have been discovering new paths and seeing the beautiful sites around. I've been fascinated by the fields of bunnies around here. There are lot's of them that come out to play in the evenings and they are adorable! Little white tufts for tails and they love chasing eachother.

'Tag' was inspired by three little bunnies chasing eachother in a circle, oh what fun they were having!
