11 Years and Ellie Dog

On Friday Hubby and I will have been married for 11 years! Wow, it actually feels longer but in a good way.

We decided to commission my friend Chris to draw our beloved Ellie dog as our gift to each other. I’ve been a fan of Chris’ work for a while now and his work has really inspired me. I blogged about the commission here and now I can happily reveal the final drawing.

We are thrilled with it and now have it displayed in our living room where we can see it every day

Shopping Made Easy!

I’ve been tinkering away at my new website making it even better! One of the features I wanted to offer was that you could order online without having to email, because I know a lot of people would prefer that. We like quick right!?

So I’ve now got the whole site set up with Pay Pal payments so you can buy originals, prints etc all directly from the website yay, I am so pleased I got this figured out.

Another thing I wanted to do was show you some of the commissions I’ve done so I’ve added a slide show on the Commissions page for you to enjoy.

Bringing joy to my heart

Painting is a total joy in itself but when I get to paint specifically for someone it really touches my heart when I see it hung in their home.

This is 'Cream Tea' hanging proudly in Lucy's kitchen, it looks amazing in the space and goes really well with her earthly toned kitchen theme.

How blessed I am to be able to do this for a living, I thank you all who make it possible, especially The Creator Himself who gave me this wonderful gift.
