So the book is written, wasn’t expecting it to go like that lol. I figured I would write it as I painted but no, I ended up writing the whole story up front and now I have the rest of the paintings to do.
It’s been a learning curve so far, in a good way. I intended to post weekly new paintings with snippets of the story and that has not gone to plan either lol. Mainly because I am still learning how I work best and I’m finding that I don’t want to rush the paintings and have something that isn’t my best.
However I am enjoying posting the paintings with snippets to my email list when they are ready.
I thought I would give you a peek at the first painting I sent out back in January. Cute isn’t he.

Originals for the book won’t be available for sale until the book release which will hopefully be May. Might be too ambitious but that is what I am aiming for.

and I am also doing the paintings for it too. The most exciting thing is that you can share the journey with me as I write and paint, getting snippets of the story along with seeing the paintings. Of course I won’t be spoiling the story or it’s ending, you’ll have to wait until it’s published for that.
